How it works:

Any personal or business can market and sale their products and services in the Market if they have a MediaBard Account having any National identification document like ID, Passport or Drivers Licence and a selfie photo for identity verification.

• Each post includes: Product/Service Name, Short & Detailed Descriptions, Price, and Minimum Order if required.

• Recommended  Ad size, format and file sizes:

Image aspect ratio: 1:1

File Format: Webp

Maximum image size: 100kb

• Video aspects: 

Aspect ratio: 9:16 (Portrait) or 1:1 accepted. 

File Format: mp4

Maximum Video size: 10mbs

• Next is creating a subscription to enable you use the market. We have 2 Plans with different durations.

Limited Plan: means, You can only post a certain quantity of ads during your Active Subscription. 

Unlimited Plan:  means, You can post any quantity of Ads during your Active Subscription.

Decide on the  Duration: Each Plan comes with monthly, 3monthd, 6month, and yearly Durations for you to choose from.

Asuming that you have now subscribed. 

• Start Posting your ads. Ads gets reviewed and approved and any ads that violate the platform policy are suspended.

• Your Ads get live and buyers can find them with categories and searches. 

Time to talk business with buyers. 

• Buyers can call or Chat with you directly through contacts you added when creating the account or even choose to walk direct to your location you added. If both of you are able to agree do the business transaction off the app after we have connected you, Its okay but in search a transaction MediaBard wont be held responsible incase of misunderstandings.

When MediaBard mediate the the ordering and payment:

• When a Buyer has trust issues, this is where we come in. A buyer will interract with the seller to agree on what they want exactly. Then the buyer will Order and pay directly on MediaBard; Will notify the seller of all incoming orders so the seller manages the delivery where Seller and buyer agree on the mode of delivery and terms. 

• When the Buy comfirm they have recieved what they paid for the Comfirmation Key they get in SMS after paying.

• The Seller will be able cashout the money for that order after the buyer provide them with a confirmation Key.

• A 5% commission and payment processing fee will be charged on incoming order payments and a standard fee on cashout to Banks or Mobile money wallet on every payment facilited by MediaBard.

• MediaBard will hold the money paid for a maximum of 72hrs waiting for the Buyer to comfirm they received exactly what they ordered for. After 72hrs, money will return to the Buyer and the Seller charged a Refund Fee of UGX.25000 if delivery not made.

Once you have a paid  subscription, your ads are visible to all Market Visitors. And they automatically be come invisible when the subscription expires, or your account is Blacklisted.
